Oxidized Bitumen, also known as Blown Bitumen, is produced by blowing air through penetration bitumen at elevated temperatures. This process increases hardness, softening point, and temperature resistance, making it ideal for industrial, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion applications.
We supply premium Oxidized Bitumen from major Iranian refineries, manufactured under strict quality control and in compliance with international standards including ASTM D977 and EN 13303. Suitable for bulk export to global markets.
Note: Grade notation (e.g., 85/25) indicates softening point (°C) and penetration (0.1 mm). Higher softening point = better heat resistance.

- Softening Point: Indicates heat resistance. Higher values = better performance in hot climates.
- Penetration: Measures hardness. Lower penetration = harder bitumen.
- Ductility: Limited in oxidized bitumen due to rigidity, but sufficient for industrial use.
