Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., war, sanctions, natural disasters).

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
