Frequently Asked Questions
An LOI is required to confirm the buyer’s serious interest and financial capability. It includes essential details such as company profile, intended use, destination, volume requirements, and payment terms — which are necessary for us to prepare an accurate commercial offer.
Final pricing depends on several dynamic factors including monthly production capacity, refinery schedules, export allocations, freight costs, and global benchmark prices (e.g., Platts, Argus). We must coordinate internally with producers before confirming any binding offer.
The LOI ensures that we only proceed with qualified buyers, preventing miscommunication and wasted resources. It establishes mutual commitment and allows us to allocate supply efficiently, protecting both your time and ours during negotiations.
KYC includes: Company Registration Certificate, Commercial License, Bank Reference Letter, CEO ID/Passport, and official letterhead. All documents must be clear, valid, and submitted in PDF or high-quality scan format.
After receiving your LOI and KYC documents, we will review them thoroughly. You will receive our Full Commercial Offer (FCO) within 3 to 5 business days.
